• One guided nature drive per day (in the afternoon), in an open vehicle through 30000 ha of the southern concession on the Sanbona Wildlife Reserve, enjoying the Klein Karoo Fauna & Flora (Antelope, Cape Mountain Zebra, Elephant, Buffalo).
• One guided morning drive through the northern concession, per day. A conservation fee of R1500.00 per person, per drive to the northern concession applies. Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT POLICY:

• A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking confirmation to secure a reservation.
• Remaining 50% due on departure. Any additional charges not included in the booking rate must be settled upon departure.
• Please note that a reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit requirement has been met.
• White Lion Lodge reserves the right to cancel a booking automatically if the required deposit has not been received.
• All rates include 15% VAT, subject to change without prior notice
• The payer is responsible for bank charges and foreign currency conversion fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
• A 10% fee will apply for all cancellations.
• A voucher (value of pre-payment less 10%) will be issued for cancellations cancelled prior to 43 days of arrival
• A 100% fee will apply to any booking cancelled 42 days or less prior to arrival.
• No-shows will be charged in full.
• Our cancellation policy applies regardless of whether payments have been received or not.
• The guest must ensure adequate travel insurance to cover cancelled or delayed flights, medical expenses, personal baggage, and money.

MINIMUM STAY:

• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required all year around

CHILD POLICY

• Child rates apply to children aged 4-11 years inclusive
• Children under the age of 4 are not permitted on any drives
• A maximum of one child may share a room with two adults
• When a child shares a room with only one adult, the full adult sharing rate for two guests will be charged
• 11 Jan 2027 - 19 Mar 2027 Children under the age of 12 are not permitted at the Lodge

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

• The Lodge can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children
• Each child must share a room with an adult

ROADS

• Kindly be advised that the Lodge access roads are gravel roads, and the condition of these roads varies depending on the weather and usage.
• The road is not suitable for sports cars or vehicles with a low undercarriage.
•  If there is excessive rain and guests cannot get to the lodge in a 2 x 2 vehicle,  we will collect at the Main gate.
